Looking for Twitter tool

Hello,

By having several Twitter account. I'm looking for a tool (paid or free) that can:

-Use all accounts to retweet / fav a post with an interval of a few minutes / second between each account
-Use all account to follow a person
-Use all accounts to post an answer (different answer for each account). For example I have a Txt file with words in each line:
Account A publishes the word of line 1
Account B publishes the word of line 2
Account C publishes the word of line 3
.....
Another thing, what is the best way to have accounts already verified to use such tools ?
I would like to know if I am required to conduct a telephone check for each account? Use proxy?

I have used a few tools in the past for twitter and they cover a hell lot of things. The best ones are

You could just email their support confirming for all your required features and I guess most of them will have them all.

Proxy use is a must if you are going run many accounts.
Phone verification depends on how carefully you use the tools. If you are careful then twitter shouldn't ask for it.

Always best to use already phone / email verified accounts that are aged and if possible (usually not in bulk) to have them have been used by real people previously)

I will recommend Jarvee to manage Twitter accounts. This tool might be little expensive, but I think it definitely worth the price!

Let me explain. Twitter detects a different IP address and requests a verification by phone or email.
Which program can automatically verify the account when Twitter ask for verification?
I have the accounts in the following way in ".txt":
Password: Mail: MailPass: NumberPhone

Also, what do you recommend me as an affordable proxy?

Not normally, they just ask you to enter the phone number of the account.

If they are asking for email / phone / sms verification each and every IP change, then twitter are onto you and it should be a warning sign. Same if you get a captcha, that should be rare, not something that happens regularly
