Hello Hatters,
I've been using servinio from 3 years but after the edgeserver take the grant the service going lame and the support getting damn bad. I host almost 23 domain with servinio now my few top ranked websites not working from 1 week almost .
I just request for the refund of my credited money and now looking for any best offshore web hosting service where I can add upto 50 domains.
I just looking for heavy bandwidh and data storage plan with some great speed not like Knownsrv etc,.
Because of these down I lost almost 500$ within week

please advice

Hi servinio did not provide deticated server or VPS. They are just simply web hosting service and have really no idea how to configure VPS to host my domains
 
I haven't used them (yet), but I do have their email service at unseen.is

Servers are located in Iceland. Look into it and see if it's worthwhile.
 
I completely agree with you. Servinio went downhill after the takeover by edgeserv and all my sites are super slow.

The sad part is that i've been with servinio for a couple of years now.
 
I have not use Servinio athu I knew some guys who had their sites with them before but I'm not aware for any issues with them. If and since you have the budget I would suggest you to take a look on www.webuzo.net legit offshore vps hosting provider in Bulgaria + accepting bitcoin. You will get semi-managed VPS running under webuzo.com panel pretty similar to cpanel for free. If you want cPanel you can get a monthly base license for it.

My VPS uptime report right now is :

and that because I'm rebooting it from time to time to reset the cache/memory etc.

SSD + 100Mbps International Bandwidth also makes my sites load fast and have improve my SERP. They are also providing extra IPv4 IPs & free IPv6.

P.S: They will configure the vps for you and you will only have to add your websites

Also you can take a look on Abelohost (BHW member) another established provider in Netherland athu have not use them I have hear only good reviews for them.

P.S: Stay away from the "Godaddy offshore hosting" :D

For offshore hosting I always pick linuxssdvps.c*m this guys are the best for me . I'm using em for my sites ,the company where i'm working is also using them (supplements store).
 
Basically US, UK and Canada based hosting providers obeys DMCA. If you would like to avoid DMCA, you can go for any offshore hosting. Also if possible avoid using the .COM and .NET in your domain or name server. Apart from this before going for any offshore hosting provider always read the customers review properly. As you mentioned if you want your server to be speed then go for either VPS or dedicated hosting.
 
Are you looking for shared hosting or cloud hosting?

I guess superbithost.com is the best offshore hosting provider whose servers are located in many countries: Malaysia, Singapore, Holland, Russia, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Romania, etc.. Prices are affordable and support is helpful any time you contact them.
 
how about Germany servers? I can share my server if you want?
 
Glad I found this thread, I'm looking for hosting atm. I think i'll give hostwinds a shot, their customer service seems good. I'll re post with feedback on the service after iv been with them for some time..
 
I'd like to point out that Pirateshosting is the best offshore web hosting provider I've ever dealt with.
Sometimes saving a couple bucks a month isn't the best deal. I'm actually paying nearly half what I used to pay my old host and I'm getting much more for my money now.

This may be a silly question but why avoid ".com" and ".net"?
 
You can host your websites on pockethost.org, Its not providing domain registration but hosting service is top notch because there are limited websites on their servers.

why do u think that? i have seen many sites with illegal activities with .com domain since many years but they are still active.... for example: secondeyesolution.com and this guy is an active user here on BHW...
