Looking for Telegram mass account creator bot

past experience in telegram bots/automations is a MUST

Need Telegram mass account creator bot.

Requirements of bot:
-integrate SMS API to get phone numbers and codes
-add mails and get the verification code from email (in case it asks for verification from email, it usually ask for verification through SMS)
-add custom full names, usernames, passwords to account
-supports Proxies, either I set the proxies to rotate manually or the bot has the function to rotate proxy per request
-able to run multiple threads at once (will want to run 100 threads at once
-export results to CSV or test file (FORMAT Example - username: password: email: password)
