Looking for something to post to multiple groups on FB

Hi,

As the title suggests, I'm looking for software (preferrably free) where I can post the same post to multiple facebook groups.

If there isn't something, would macros work? if so does anyone have any suggestions of something solid and free?

Lastly, does anyone know how much time between each post should be in order for fb to not notice it as spamming?

At least without proxies and good software even random time don't help...

From what I know Facebook is really strict.
Few years ago everyone was using Ninja Blaster or something like that, maybe check it out, I have no idea if it still exists/works.

If the post leads to the same LP or you post the same spammy affiliate link, you will face a ban quicker as you can say goodbye.
It’s 2018, you need a good cloacker Programm which is probably gets very cost intensive.
And if you do it all from 1 Profile you get blocked for SPAM.
