Looking For Someone To Help Setup My HTML Page As Template Using PHP

I have an HTML page which I want to use as a template.

This template will have some variables which I will pass from my PHP code.

Could someone help setup this HTML as template ?

You can use any templating engine such as Smarty, Latte, Twig etc.
