Looking for someone to convert traffic into clicks

I have ios traffic and i want to convert these visitors into clicks not all just a few. Can anyone help me to code a program to allow me to manage the way I want the desired percentage of clicks compared to the traffic received on my website?

All you have to do is improve your CTR , try different landers , creatives A/B testing .

You can also add back button script , exit script etc . There are many ways to do it .
