Looking for Real Traffic for my Website will Pay 5$ per CPM

Am looking for the real traffic for my website just like 9gag

if you can get traffic by any means no issues either it is adult or non adult

I will pay on CPM basis that is 5$ per CPM

Geos are USA, CA, UK, AU, NZ : only Desktop traffic

main thing is the traffic should be real and NO BOT OR FAKE TRAFFIC

AM looking for daily 100K - 500K volume, You can get the traffic from youtube or any of your website having good volume you can reach me

dont suggest me ad networks i work with almost all PPV networks but most of them send fake traffic and i cant differentiate which specific sources are having real traffic with them.

can you recommend panel to buy traffic ? i mean cheap and quality traffic to sell on fiverr.com ? i can pay $0.30-60 to 1000 hits. ( 1K - 0.30/0.60 USD ) i previously used this sites: popunder, trafficus and hitbulk.com
but can't be a satisfied with the price i need cheap traffic for reselling on freelance marketplace

Quality traffic is not for sale at the rates you mention. In fact, it is ignorant to think so.

Why would someone sell 1 000 UVs for 0.5$ or even 5$,when they can earn 10-20$ with that traffic with adsense alone,not to mention affiliates
I would not trust anybody who sells traffic so cheap
P.S You could contact Youtubers or facebook page admins,they usually do this kind of stuff,but not for 5$ for sure

This cheap quality traffic garbage is funny. Nothing cheaper than Adwords $100/k pricing will ever convert as good. As for places like TrafficVance which turned into PropelMedia you need to spend tons of cash to try and filter out the garbage being sent to you. I recommend that you do some research into why quality and cheap don't mix.
