You can hardly find anyone willing to do such an exchange, simply because the nature of PP funds cannot be truly identified within such a short time frame. I can surely send funds 24 hours after I receive them from you, but in case these funds are stolen, a chargeback may be in order only in a week or two. That's why most exchangers are cautious and usually hold funds for a certain time frame, let alone add humongous fees on top of that. Not trying to turn you off, but it may be a pain in the arse to do this sort of exchange. You're better off finding someone who's local and has a need to buy PP.
