Looking for Info On Eren Dinc. Openupcase.com

Hello boys and girls.

So lately i came in possession of a gambling site which i bought from this Eren Dinc guy.

Total scum, dumped a site that was all in russian in the backend, on my lap and now has changed the DNS for the site so it doesn't work anymore.

Turn's out this guy is notorious for doing this type of scummy garbage and was wondering if anyone has come across this fool. https://www.facebook.com/ErenSynergyWorldwide

You can put his name in google and it picks up on other people who've had an issue with this guy and the gambling site.

The Questions:

1. Anyone know the dev that originally constructed that gambling site? I doubt Eren is the Dev since he said he had a guy for that. Here's a youtube video of the site and some guy promoting it. (Can't link it because the Site is currently down) Edit: I AM NOT PROMOTING THIS GUYS YOUTUBE OR THE SITE. JUST POSTED SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT THE SITE LOOKS LIKE.

2. Anyone have personal dealings with this guy or any sites that hes sold?

3. Anyone have his personal details so i can file a law suit or something?

Not really a Shit List post as i'm trying to clean up the site and make it functioning again. Like i lost 5k on this, but i still have most of the assets and i'm trying to get a good dev to work on it. Progress has been slow though.

Again i found this out after the fact. Didn't do my due diligence and now i'm stuck with this garbage.

How much did you pay for it?

The site says its expired, but it said on 2019/01/08 lol wtf. The new site was called openupdollars.com though. Not openupcase.com

I did so some, but not as indepth because the site had been resold before.

This Eren guy sold it to another dude name Kyle. And i dealt with Kyle because he was selling it to me. Kyle was a trustworthy guy, i had known him for some time so i trusted his decisions. It was only later that i found out that Kyle didn't fully own it, and that the domain name DNS and everything was still controlled by Eren. I dropped 5k on it. But Kyle got the worst of it it, he lost 30k on it. So we're trying to find some details on this dude.

Just to help Kyle out though, i said i'd fix up the site so that it could bring in some type of income. To help with day to day expenses and stuff. Like 30k was his life savings. 5k to me is not much, but I feel terrible for him.

Yeah i found that out after. I don't even know who to deal with at this point. The payment options don'y work, the site is down and the registrants email is dead. lol
