Looking for html/bootstrap designer to design front end for site

Title says it all. Need somebody skilled in html, bootstrap, css, javascript, etc who can make things look pretty. I have a general idea of what I want the site to look like and screenshots of a similar site to use as as a template. I attempted to write the code myself but wasn't entirely happy with how it turned out and got tired of trying to wrestle it. PM me for more details if interested.
