looking for hosting

i wasted 4 days on trying to find this configuration i talk to maybe 30 companies each one dont have something else i will be glad if someone can help me to find this configuration (exactly):

1. dmca ignored
2. vps (i dont need too much because it is only for PBN with small sites without too much traffic
3. linux centos
4. ability to add c-class ip! (mean to assign each site to different location / c-class ip) - also called "seo hosting"
5. ability to host adult content (not something illegal!)
6. some dashboard like: directadmin (the chipset as possible or free)

Your request has tricky combination of requirement's.
I'm sure you will find good provider.

There are few good hosting providers here on BHW too.
DMCA ignored is something that sticks out here. Especially nowadays with all of the DMCA rampage.
Maybe think of something like soft version - hosting company that warns you in timely manner and you can remove contact.
