I've heard of Facedominator, but I'm looking for an alternative that's free.
I just need something that can post to over 50 groups on auto pilot with syntax/delay so that I don't get banned.
If you know of any let me know!

You're not going to find a decent Facebook tool for free man, no chance. Way too many updates that require near-constant programming to keep up with them, so doubt that you'll find a free FB bot

Some free tool might do you harm than good. It might steal some of your information.
