Looking for Facebook Freelancer for Group/Page Promo

Hey!

Looking for help promoting my Page and Group on Facebook to my targeted niche.

For group promotion, I am looking for someone to target members from other groups in my niche (which I can specify) into my group.

For the page promotion, I am looking for someone to naturally share posts from my Facebook Page into the same niche groups.

Looking for ongoing help with this; perhaps an hour throughout the week for the page promotion, and a pay-per-members added for the group members. My budget is pretty small right now, but I hope to put more focus on Facebook promotion in the coming months.

Not looking to buy likes or fake account members - specifically looking to target active Facebook users specifically in my niche. Having a hard time finding a freelancer via other sites who actually deals with real or specific interests of users.
