Looking for Facebook Advertising help on Starting from Scratch

Hi everyone, I'll try shorten my story here.

I was banned from running or managing any facebook ads whatsoever 3 years ago now. Facebook went back even 5 years and just sending me ban ban ban emails for stuff I haven't run in years. Any ways long story short I am still to this day completely banned from running any ads using my facebook profile. Before you jump to conclusions I didn't sell drugs or anything, just some tshirt designs with military logos (which thousands are still selling to this day, but I was the one picked on!) But then they even started banning ALL my 50 pages... selling plant lady designs, cat shirt designs, basic basic shit... I think the rep. had it in for me maybe I yelled at him or something lol

Today I just want to run ads to a software, or even page growth - no selling of anything.

I know the rules and I've tested everything, but would love some true guidance from successful people who got around this.

Things I know:
- facebook tracks MAC address, so I can't use my laptop or home computer or phone or ip etc.
- I know each new purchased account needs a new visa as well
- VPN / hiding ip matters
- Name doesn't matter
- I'm not starting to work at mcdonalds (no offence)

Things I would love help on:
- What kind of VPN matters? Do I need private proxies? or will Nordvpn work?
- Do I need to purchase one of those private browser accounts?
- Does anyone know where to buy legit accounts (I need profile + business account + ad account)
- The process of warming up the account?
- Anything else I should know?
