I'm looking for someone experienced with Facebook Ads who can run targeted traffic for file-based installs. This is not for mobile app installs – I’m focused on promoting offers where users download and install desktop or utility files (GEOs: mostly Tier 1 and Tier 2).

What I'm looking for:​

• Ability to deliver high-quality, converting traffic
• CPI model preferred, but open to other options
