You can look into build a private link network for yourself. These keywords are extremely competitive and spammy links will not work like you have stated. Look for a marketer who can build some High PR websites for you and get good content too them to boost up the site you are trying to rank. This will not be cheap and you are should be looking to spend $X,XXX per month to get good results.
