I want to open a niche blog so I need cheap and reliable Wordpress hosting. Which hosting providers would you recommend ?

I am hosting two site under namecheap easywp plan with free cdn plan

One is 3 years old running without down
Another one is new 2 month old frequently went down

I cannot sure its work best. For cheap you can try

What i will look if i need to host a Wordpress is litespeed with wordpress cache on shared hosting.

Well, get your project locally up and running using Local by Flywheel and when you are ready with the project you can then select a hosting provider. No point wasting $ when you are developing it as it may take a while.
Working locally you will also work faster.
Then when ready to deploy, do a backup using UpdraftPlus of your local project and then upload them to your server using the same.
If you need to be online to work with a developer, just get a Hetnzer cloud instance for $2.50/mo and with a goPanel you can easily setup that server with all you need.
Finally, WP hosting when ready to go live good comparisons are online, most prefer SiteGround and NameHero afaik.
 
Have a look at services from kvchosting.net and libertyvps.net.
Their technical support seems to know what they're talking about when you have questions. And they offer alternative solutions to problems.
 
Namecheap and Host gator are both cheap and reliable.

setup a AWS ec2 server free for 1 yr. you can find tons of tutorials on youtube
