I run a local IT company in Holland. I've learned a lot from this forum and want to thank everyone that contributed to that. I would also like to excuse my English. I'll try to find a spellchecker to make it more readable.
Now, it’s my time to contribute to the members of BHW. I can't help everyone out but I am working on a very big explanation of how I started from scratch to a successful 4 man company. Also instead of going to freelance or finding a Wordpress expert here in Holland, I choose you .
I have had a lot of requested projects from local companies but also from big web shops. I'm in urgent need of a team or a few people that can help me out. I have no clue what the normal rates are but I'm sure we can figure something out. What I need is people to help me from start to finish. So I need help with the concept phase, the actual making of the website/web shop and completing the requested changes provided by my clients.

Do you have a portfolio of websites made in Wordpress and can you provide the links?
On average, how long will it take for you or your team to complete a standard Wordpress website?
Have you worked with Magento and are you able to build a complete web shop in it?
