So, I didn't know if this should go in the JV section or here...since it could be a one off hire.
Regardless, I've got some projects that I have been trying to get developed, but have had a horrible time trying to find a developer (sites like Freelancer is of no help). Ideally looking for a versed web developer that can do some app coding as well.

However, some projects may be able to be made entirely within a customized Wordpress setup...it varies.
Nothing groundbreaking, just social, directory and membership platforms...with unique appeal.

In a perfect world, I would find a perfect developer to actually work as a partner/CTO/cofounder role. Or it can simply be a hire.
The limitation is my personal budget. I do have outside capital interested in potentially investing in two platforms, but they want to see it functional....and I suck at coding and the like.

Should anyone (US based) be interested in working on a startup together.

If interested and well versed in web and mobile development (and wordpress), please let me know.

Cheers!

I can develop websites, software and mobile applications for you at ease, quite a few years under my belt. I don't break the budget and can show you previous work.

Please inbox me your skype id. Thanks.

The whole point of getting initial capital is to make a good demo. The above only shows they don't trust you enough to put money in you. So, it's not coding you need to work on first ;)

You somewhat have a general point. However, in this instance you don't. I stated that I am boot strapping currently. Using and initial round of capital for development is not only irregular, it would offset leverage to equity.
