SERVICE WANTED
Long-term freelancer wanted for video creation and video editing services

BUDGET
$1-$2/minute of finished video (I provide the script and voiceover)

DETAILS
I'm looking for someone experienced who can create TRULY HIGH QUALITY VIDEOS.

I want to use a combination of screenshots, screen recordings, stock photos, AI photos, AI art, stock videos, subtitles/bullet points and other text, as well as cool transitions between all of it.

I will provide the script, a summary, bullet points and a ready-made voiceover for every video.

Your ONLY focus will be on the video itself, but each video needs to be visually stunning, relevant AND highly engaging.

I'm looking to produce videos that are fairly fast-paced, fun and engaging to watch. Not TikTok level of fast paced, but high quality/high engagement YouTube level. Basically videos that people want to watch until the very end.

I'm looking for a long-term co-operation with a good freelancer, and if we're a good fit you'll be producing a significant number of videos for me each month.

Producing videos for me will basically become a more or less "fixed income source for you" every week.

My budget is $1-$2 per minute of completed video.

I know that may sound cheap, but remember that I provide the ready-made voiceover and everything else, including several paid software solutions and other resources.

It's only the visuals of the video you're responsible for.

I can provide paid versions of a combination of following video editing tools to the right candidate:

- Flexclip.com
- Wave.video
- Descript.com
- Storyblocks.com
- Runwayml.com
- Playphrase.me
- Yarn.co
- (Maybe something else that's important to you)

I don't mind if you use the above tools for other freelance work or your own videos, as long as the work you do for me remains your top priority.

I'm expecting that you will produce at least around 40-60 minutes of video per week, perhaps more.

PAYMENT PLAN

So this is how I envisage that the payment will work, at least in the beginning until a good level of trust has been established.

1. You provide a 2 minute sample video to me showing off your skills, or alternatively send me a link to your portfolio. I provide the voiceover and script for the sample video.

2. If you produce great work on the sample video, (or you have an amazing portfolio) I will "deposit" small amount (say $30-$50 to start) with you in advance upfront, either via PayPal or crypto (I prefer crypto, your choice which currency).

3. You start producing videos for me, and you/we then "deduct" from your balance for each video you make as agreed (more details below). When your "account" gets close to zero I'll deposit more money, and you keep producing more videos, for as long as I'm happy with your services.

PAYMENT AMOUNT PER VIDEO

a)
If the video you produced is "ok" (in my view) = I pay $1/minute.

b) If the video you produced is "good" (in my view) = I pay $1.50/minute.

c) If the video you produced is AMAZING (in my view) = I pay $2/minute

If you're good at video creation and think the above terms sound fair, please reach out via DM and let's talk.

Not really looking to get into a discussion about this in my thread, but salary expectations vary depending on your circumstances and where in the world you live.

There are many skilled people around the world who would consider a SAFE and RELIABLE income source of $120/week ($500/month) attractive, especially when they're also offered high quality paid video creation tools that add up to $200-$300/month.

If you're spending several hours creating 1 minute of video when you already have the script, summary, bullet points and voice over, you're either not using good tools, or you're producing a different level of video than what this job post is referring to.

I believe a more reasonable assumption is that the freelancer who may be interested in this job will be spending around 15-20 minutes per 1 minute of video he creates for me.

In this scenario he will earn (up to) $500/month creating 60 minutes of video per week for me, plus potential bonuses and access to an entire suite of paid professional tools and legal access to 4 million stock videos etc. The tools are worth perhaps $200-$300/month, and he will be spending between 15-20 hours per week creating the videos.

He then has a further 20-25 hours per week (at a minimum) to either do extra work for me (and earn even more), or he can use my tools and create videos for other clients.

Your experience may be different, but I've employed +50 people in my business in the past, and in my experience my offer is attractive to many people.
