I am having trouble finding software

1.) I am wondering if anyone knows any good software for call tracking (tracking leads) I will setup a
website and contact local dentist's if they want me to get them call leads and give them exclusive
calls (redirected from some sort of software that gives me a local phone number that i can redirect to the business's phone number)

2.) I don't know how to do the payments is there a software that will do auto payment's and will track if a call made the business's criteria for a lead, example (90 seconds long)

3.) How will the (dentist) know that i am giving them leads? will they have a lead tracker also or how do i show them they came from me?

4.) Should i put the form on the side or will that be too confusing to manage the calls and the emails from the form

Website example(just found this online not mine) the main idea is to get them to call the number.

There's call fire. It's only like $4 a month and you can track and redirect the calls to a phone number. And I believe you can add a message after they pick up saying that its a lead. But I don't know if there's any way to add payments per call

Thank you,
so do you just say to the business you are working with "i sent you X amount of leads" and then they pay you Via pay pal or you bank?

is there specifically one or more that would be good for a beginner?

I've used RingLeads, and taken a look at CallFire - they're both pretty straight forward. @BrettM_

I'm still really confused on how they pay you,
Here's what I got so far
1:you get a local phone number from callfire
2:you get a local niche related domain to to the top of Google and put that phone number on it so people call
3:you contact a local business related to that niche and ask if they want you to redirect the phone number via callfire to their phone

(This is what I'm confused about) 4:You put a message at the end of the call saying this is a lead and the business keeps track of all the leads then they pay you at the end of the month?

OR you just strait up tell them that you sent X amount of calls ant they pay you?

Please correct me on what is wrong and help me out on the last step or suggest something

youre over complicating this. youre bringing businesses money. they will be thankful and appreciate the partnership. figure out a good cost per lead for them, then each month bill them times the calls youve sent. if youre sending legit clients they will pay. you have the power here, if they try to mess with you, you go to their competitors and they call you back in a week crying asking to come back and send them the leads again.
