Seems like the trend is reversing.

A few months ago everyone was talking about databases and old leads because live traffic was struggling. Now I'm seeing more and more offices moving back to live traffic.

France, Germany, UK, NL, ZA and several other GEOs are performing surprisingly well right now. Lead quality is improving, volumes are there, and many brands are increasing caps again and taking additional volumes

Anyone else seeing live traffic come back strong lately?

We are seeing this exact surge in volume on our end too. Because live traffic is back in high demand, publishers and networks running high-quality push and popunder ads are seeing excellent traction especially when matching fresh, real-time user intent with optimized funnels in those exact thriving GEOs.

Are you seeing this comeback mostly driven by native advertising and social traffic, or are search and direct/pop networks leading the charge for you?

Big comeback yeahhhh! Huge comeback! Humongous comenback

BIG TREND ENERGY or BTE

Honestly, I don't really understand what volumes people are talking about. From my perspective, since January this year almost every key metric has gone downhill. CPL is up, CR is down, overall volume is lower, and running profitable campaigns has become much harder than it used to be.
Most advertisers I work with are still looking for the kind of traffic quality we had in 2024–2025. It's just not the same market anymore.
I think the FX niche is going through a rough period right now. Stocks and crypto have both taken a hit, inflation is still affecting people's spending, and the overall news cycle has been pretty negative for months. When people are worried about the economy, they're simply less willing to put money into investments.
I've been in this niche for about five years, and this is probably the most difficult period I've seen. Experience definitely helps, but even with good setups it's much harder to hit the numbers we were seeing a year or two ago.
Hopefully things will start improving in autumn. Historically, the second half of the year tends to be stronger, so I'm expecting demand and conversion rates to recover as the markets stabilize.

I think fresh traffic is just converting better then old data right now. OP might be in different verticals like sweeps, dating or nutra where tier 1 is still moving. financials have been rough though. Really hoping things pick up again in autumns.
