Live Streaming on Youtube [questions]

I know lately there are problems by getting HR views, YT had an update and it seems all providers (that i know) don't have this service anymore. So i don't know where to buy now YT views, but...

I searched on YT and i found: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=clash+royale+hack ...right now there are 5 live videos ranked on first position.

How do those guys rank up there? with HR views, or? Please help the community!

Porbably by using a livestream viewbot or getting their stream linked to a high traffic blog
