I still do not see where there was a change in the contract.

Post only that please.

With all due respect, how is that at all germane to this case?

I may not have made myself clear: I am not alleging he changed the contract. I am alleging he did not deliver any of the things he said he could and then claimed to be delivering. I think the evidence more than sufficiently proves this.

I see where you and he made the agreement to pay him 100.00 a day but I do not see where you and he both agreed to a change in the contract.

Let's go point by point here and not move from that.

Please show me that.

As I said, there was no change in the contract.

"While you may attest to posting the comments, from what I checked a lot of them were not there."

That is a change of contract? Our relationship was certainly tied to the success of the event series. That was implied throughout. I also explicitly stated it in a screenshot I showed in one of my earlier posts. As I've tried to establish, our tone and discourse was casual and friendly. You've deleted the posts where I've established this, but I digress.

I could explain at length why I said that, but how is that worthwhile? I find such a drawn out back and forth to be useless. The route I pursued there was perhaps a non-preferable one, but it is totally irrelevant at this point. If we really wanted to get into the finite details of this, the original contract was $100 for 5 instagram and 5 facebook accounts. Thus far I've only seen 2 instagram accounts ("WhiteRabbit7519" and one other one with a lot of problems not worth going into) and I don't even think he claims to having made more than that. The point is those two accounts did none of the things he was claiming they did. Everything else is pretty much irrelevant.

If I'm being completely honest, for me at this point, it's already over. I know Void957 is a scammer and I've lost my $400 and a month of my time. I only made this thread out of frustration and as a favor to the forum. With all due respect, I've found the process in this thread in particular highly questionable. You've allowed him to post irrelevant screenshots from Paypal and Facebook yet deleted my pertinent screenshots that were posted to establish the tone of our conversation.

I will admit you did rightfully ban the three other scammers I came across. Of the five people that contacted me concerning my event series traffic, three have already been perma-banned from this forum because they were scammers. I was the first to realize this with Viraff. As I said in my first post, this was a better scam. But a scam nonetheless.

It's totally up to you if you want to keep him here. I have no idea if he had an original intention of doing what I requested or what the particulars are. I don't care. He was lying and threw a $1200 bill at me in hopes of stunting me into making him a quick buck. He didn't even do the work for the $400. I was busy and didn't extensively analyze what he sent me. And I still am aghast that someone would spend so much time just to try to scam someone when they probably could've delivered something worthwhile with that time spent. But I digress. The point is he knows he didn't do anything resembling the work for that money, as agreed upon. That was obvious even then. The extent of how much he was lying not as clear to me then, as I said earlier.

For me this is very over. With all due respect, going into the extensive particulars of what was said and why it was said is a complete waste of my time. Between the event series, the app and everything else, I have a lot of things to do. Given he's already wasted a month of my time, I'm not going to give him the courtesy of wasting even more. I leave the judgement call in your hands. If you need anything I can quickly send, like the spreadsheets, I will happily do so.

"I'd consider a figure like $1200.00 IF you helped make the event series a smash and I could pay you out of the profits"

So the deal was still $100.00 a day, correct?

The deal was $100 a day for 5 Facebook and 5 Instagram accounts. Pushing out 3000+ comments a day.

To be clear, I temporarily tried to continue our friendly relationship in the hopes the work he had done up to that point would still be worthwhile for both of us. And I could justify paying him that figure in the near future. Even then I knew he wasn't pushing out the level of comments per our deal. But It wasn't yet clear to me he was lying about all of that aforementioned work.

I do not see that in the Skype chat. Can you please post that and only that.

You have a tendency to go off point which makes it hard to get to the truth.

Implications have no place in a business contract.

That has nothing to do with the business side of this which is what we are trying to complete.

That is partly why some of your posts were deleted; at least one other was deleted because you ignored my request to not post PP's thoughts because they have no part or parcel in how BHW sees this.

With all due respect, that is because the evidence is already here. And your line of questioning confounds me.

Again, a lengthy back and forth on any of this does not strike me as worthwhile.

That does not show me "The deal was $100 a day for 5 Facebook and 5 Instagram accounts. Pushing out 3000+ comments a day."

Where is the 3K comments a day?

I don't care what strikes you as worthwhile. I care about you actually answering the questions I am asking.

Well I won't be answering your pointless questions after this. I's nothing personal. But it's a waste of my time. Which I have even less of because of this case.

IF you need any pertinent evidence, like the spreadsheets, I will send them. Or refer to earlier screenshots if need be.

There is somewhere in the previous screenshots where he explicitly said the Instagram and Facebook accounts would be pushing out 1500+ comments respectively. Why are we even having this discussion, given he can't speak for even 100 comments? I don't have time for it dude. I'll keep it respectful, but I do not have anymore time for this than I've already spent. Thanks.

The questions are not pointless; first thing we have to establish is the terms of the contract which you have made rather hazy.

At first it is 100.00 a day - then you allude to a revenue share model.

You said above the 100.00 a day was for 3K comments but you don't show me any content in your conversation where it is 3K a day.

The onus is on you to show actual proof, not "implied" proof.

One more time.

Show me what you quoted above: "The deal was $100 a day for 5 Facebook and 5 Instagram accounts. Pushing out 3000+ comments a day."

Save your lip and your ancillary comments; they are unnecessary.

Show me what you stated. "The deal was $100 a day for 5 Facebook and 5 Instagram accounts. Pushing out 3000+ comments a day."

@void957 - I see where you say above that you did not push out "2K comments as promised" on one of those days and would make it up the next day.

Please show me this and only this in a screenshot:

For 100.00 a day, how many comments did you and the complainant agree on?

On that day i did not push the comments as promised, he did not pay for that particular day. We did not talk about it or anything, it just went by. I did not make up for it as he did not pay for that day. The comments

We agreed on 2K max a day. 1k on IG and 1K on FB . However, towards the last week he did ask me to push harder, so for 2-3 days i did 3k/day at no extra cost. I can't find 1 screenshot where i agreed on X amount a day definitely, i only gave estimations. However, the general consensus was around 1k per platform as you can see in the screenshots, it has been repeated a few times throughout. This would make it 2K/day at maximum.

That was easy.

@void957 and @litcircle - Now that we FINALLY have the actual contract you made, I need each of you to put those excel files in a zip file and email them to me at [email protected].

@litcircle - if you dispute the 2K a day number and are standing firm on the 3K a day, I need proof; otherwise I'll go with the 2K a day and consider the 3K a day you said above an error in judgement.

Can I just point out that we never at any point agreed on daily excel reports neither did he ever request them. The ones I provided was merely an addition since I wanted him to get an idea of what I was posting so we could change up the comment style which we did at a few points. After the first few days of sending the reports and him being happy eith it I did not make it a goal to have every comment saved for review by litcircle although I did go on to send them irregularly anyway. The ones he has is the majority, I might have 1 or 2 extra files that's it.

Hah -- no point in refuting. Nothing near 2k of the comments are on these spreadsheets, so what is his point anyway? @BassTrackerBoats
