"While you may attest to posting the comments, from what I checked a lot of them were not there."
That is a change of contract? Our relationship was certainly tied to the success of the event series. That was implied throughout. I also explicitly stated it in a screenshot I showed in one of my earlier posts. As I've tried to establish, our tone and discourse was casual and friendly. You've deleted the posts where I've established this, but I digress.
I could explain at length why I said that, but how is that worthwhile? I find such a drawn out back and forth to be useless. The route I pursued there was perhaps a non-preferable one, but it is totally irrelevant at this point. If we really wanted to get into the finite details of this, the original contract was $100 for 5 instagram and 5 facebook accounts. Thus far I've only seen 2 instagram accounts ("WhiteRabbit7519" and one other one with a lot of problems not worth going into) and I don't even think he claims to having made more than that. The point is those two accounts did none of the things he was claiming they did. Everything else is pretty much irrelevant.
If I'm being completely honest, for me at this point, it's already over. I know Void957 is a scammer and I've lost my $400 and a month of my time. I only made this thread out of frustration and as a favor to the forum. With all due respect, I've found the process in this thread in particular highly questionable. You've allowed him to post irrelevant screenshots from Paypal and Facebook yet deleted my pertinent screenshots that were posted to establish the tone of our conversation.
I will admit you did rightfully ban the three other scammers I came across. Of the five people that contacted me concerning my event series traffic, three have already been perma-banned from this forum because they were scammers. I was the first to realize this with Viraff. As I said in my first post, this was a better scam. But a scam nonetheless.
It's totally up to you if you want to keep him here. I have no idea if he had an original intention of doing what I requested or what the particulars are. I don't care. He was lying and threw a $1200 bill at me in hopes of stunting me into making him a quick buck. He didn't even do the work for the $400. I was busy and didn't extensively analyze what he sent me. And I still am aghast that someone would spend so much time just to try to scam someone when they probably could've delivered something worthwhile with that time spent. But I digress. The point is he knows he didn't do anything resembling the work for that money, as agreed upon. That was obvious even then. The extent of how much he was lying not as clear to me then, as I said earlier.
For me this is very over. With all due respect, going into the extensive particulars of what was said and why it was said is a complete waste of my time. Between the event series, the app and everything else, I have a lot of things to do. Given he's already wasted a month of my time, I'm not going to give him the courtesy of wasting even more. I leave the judgement call in your hands. If you need anything I can quickly send, like the spreadsheets, I will happily do so.
