Litcircle - Scammer Banned

I'm a bit disappointed to say I think I've been scammed yet again. This time was a lot more clever and elaborate than the other two times but after reviewing everything I'm convinced it's not legitimate. Let me cover the bases of what happened:

1. I have been looking for spam traffic for my event series (if you can provide this plz message me) and got in touch with a lot of people. One of the first was Void957 skype: aceboy957

2. He said he could spam facebook, twitter & instagram. THOUSANDS of comments a day. For $100. We agreed no twitter but went w/ facebook and instagram.

3. I paid him $400 for the first few days when he said he was doing the comments. No real traffic came to the event that the comments were supposed to drive traffic to. Honestly, I still wasn't suspicious. He showed me Instagram spam accounts made for the campaign and I thought it was legit.

4. He sent me excel sheets that supposedly showed lists of Instagram comments being made. When I did initially check these, there was no relevant comment. He quickly retorted that you gotta look for them and that they're there. I took it on face value.

5. After the event didn't get anywhere near the traffic it needed, I delayed it. I recently contacted him about doing traffic for the new event and he sent me a bill for $1200. This struck me as odd. Yes, he'd said he was doing comments the whole time. But once there was no responses and he stopped asking I pretty much understood that he wasn't requesting the $100 a day. I also said I'd pay him from the ticket sales if he could help generate them. But now he got weird and aggressive and threatening....

6. This is when I realized he very well may be a scammer. I actually looked at one of those excel spreadsheets he kept holding up as clear proof he delivered the job and that I owed him money. After going through the 100 links (Far from 2-3k comment links) not ONE of them had a comment on them. Let me repeat that: the spreadsheet he sent as evidence was literally empty. Not even one spam comment on any of the 100 links (I've attached as proof and can show screenshot where he sent to me.)

For all I know, the comments that I saw made were done manually. And that would've been easy in retrospect given I only actually saw maybe 2 or 3 comments. And the traffic that came to the event came from the tiny amount of work another spammer did, which that spammer said was basically nothing (and who, by the way, told me thought whoever was supposedly doing instagram traffic was doing nothing.)

Oh, and the traffic came from my FB event invites. Given I only got some 100 FB responses, if he did push any comments for traffic, it could've been done manually. It certainly doesn't seem 2-3k comments were delivered ever, much less daily. Many of the FB responses I did get look to be fake anyway, like he could've made them himself.

I'd really like to hear the answer for this.

.PDF didn't work so best I can attach is the .txt he sent me. I also showed a screenshot where he sent this. Now looking at it I am pretty much appalled I let him send me a link to the Dodgers Facebook page. Obviously no comments, and also very few links here... but perhaps that was by design? By sending spreadsheets I can't share them.... So let me make clear now that from what I did check there was no comments on any of the links. And so it's understood, the suspicion only exists because no real traffic was driven to my event after all the statements he made that he was driving thousands of spam comments. That lack of traffic alone isn't enough to put doubt on whether work is being done, but combined with the false evidence he sent and his threats that I had to send $1200 lead me to believe there is a good chance he's scamming.

Here he is claiming he's sending 3k Instagram comments daily, all targeted to LA. But somehow I got no responses on the FB event. So you tell me.... If someone was spamming 3000 comments on Instagram everyday, would they get any results?

He tried to dispute the original $400 he sent. I won the dispute. Then he went on to appeal the case.








He owed me $1600 in services i provided to him. $400 was paid but hes still trying to get it back. I provided comments on Facebook and Instagram as well as Facebook Advertising which i did as a bonus for him provided he pays for the advertising budget. Currently owes me $1200.

Hes been trying to harrass me on Instagram DMS and on Facebook lately. Here is what he sent today:

But you left out the part that I started insulting you because you wouldn't reply to any of my messages on any social media platform suddenly.

I was very nice and at one point did even believe that you pushed the comments and perhaps I owed you money. But after actually reviewing the worksheets you provided and wanted to hold up as clear evidence you did the job, it was abundantly clear that you were scamming this entire time. There's no doubt about that. Does it sound like a legitimate vendor that would send the money they wanted in a spreadsheet, literally just "this is the money I want #", and then as an invoice? You're not fooling anyone here dude. If Mod wants to see said spreadsheets I will provide them. You know, the ones with hundreds of links with no relevant comments on them.

The insults are irrelevant so let's not get into that sort of thing here.

You won the dispute on a shipping of merchandise evidence that means nothing since there was no merchandise to begin with. Whatever you used as evidence to fool Paypal, the basis is a joke because no shipping of merchandise could ever happen for this case!! Which is what I've sent them in the appeal. They even asked what website I bought the merchandise from you as if you were a legitimate vendor that had a product you provided!

It does not matter what PP says as to who wins or not as far as this goes.

It will only matter if what PP does is different than what gets decided here so, Guys, please leave any PP stuff out of the thread unless I request it.

It only muddles up the process.

Can you please remove the screenshots he added that are from Facebook. I never gave him permission to share my social media info here. To be clear, he added me on Facebook and semi-regularly messaged me. He even friend requested a girl that I know. Then he stopped responding to all my messages when I asked him why none of the links had comments. So eventually I got mad and said some stupid things. Clearly they are insulting but shouldn't be taken literally. Just delete them please. And the Skype ones too as they aren't at all relevant to him being a legitimate vendor or not.

No, I'm not removing any screenshots; that is only extra work on my part in this mess.

My point is this as I didn't do a good job explaining.

• Leave PP out of this going forward as I just don't care what they say at this point.
• If I want PP's thoughts I'll ask you guys to share them.
• No more insulting each other going forward.
• I'm only entertaining evidence so if it is not evidence that is germane to whether there was fraud/incomplete work/scamming don't share it.

I'll try and get to all the screenshots shared in a 5 - 6 hours or so.

Please note the Skype screenshots are not at all in linear order. He twisted them deliberately because if one viewed the conversation linearly and in context it would be obvious there was a much different tone throughout it than the one he struck at the end when he tried to get me to say things which ensured his case (ie "say: I will not pay") and to intimidate me into giving him $1200 even though ALL of the evidence of his work was empty. I was still being generous but a later review compelled by his annoyances revealed there never had been a campaign in the first place.

So when I said some of those things I was unaware that his "campaign" had completely been non-existent. I was still acting on the assumption that we were in an amiable working partnership. I didn't want to flat out say "no im not paying you" or "that's insane you didnt do it" so I tried to be nice and find middle ground. So it's understood.

@litcircle - please show me where @void957 agreed to change the terms of the daily posting in your conversations.

I did make clear I needed to SELL 300 tickets.

There was no comment campaign as promised and continually represented by Void957 to begin with. No thousands of comments and hundreds of @s of videos were ever delivered. Payment terms seem peripheral given his entire campaign was a farce.
