Hi, are you trying to find real offshore hostings? That allow a couple of things, that others don't do? No problem, I will list some of them for you. (Forget any Offshore Hosting from UK/USA is only trash, just like Sharkservers from the marketplace that are hosted on UK/USA..)

1. Before order/buy check their terms of service.
2. Not all of this list ignore all kinde of abuses, others ignore.
3. Keep in mind, if they receive a court order from their local laws, they can suspend you.

Alexhost. No issues with them.

But before choose any of this hostings, is important you choose a good domain provider!

If I remember well the list was made from the owner of hacker10.

What a shame .. CH is not mentioned in there

In regards to Domain provider, ICANN rules apply for all of them.

Nop, this list is not made by hacker10 or anything. I made by me TODAY (if you compare list you will see that). This is a real hostings, not a pleasant hostings that promise something and takedown when they receive a simple DMCA Abuse.

And let's be honest, I didn't copy anything. Because you see "some" hosts that is on that list, doesn't mean I have plagied or copied him (for example I know a big list that say blazingfast.io is offshore, they aren't offshore!)

Njal.la comply with the law, yes they have ICANN Rules, but one of ICANN Rules is that they can ignore Abuses without a valid court order, and that is what Njal.la does. They ignore DMCA abuses and don't suspend any domain without a valid court order from Sweden. Like EasyDNS does from Canada.

And that is completly legal, and this is on rules of ICANN, domains registrars can do that to protect customers from "invalid abuses". So they require a court order from Sweden to do so.

Yes ICANN Rules apply, but like I said. They can do it using "law" to protect data from 3rd parties or anti-piracy groups. But not every Domain Registrar do that, for example GoDaddy, Name.com, register.com they suspend if they receive a complaint from BREIN, without any court order. Because they want, and they are DMCA Friendly, but if they don't want they can ignore the complaint and ask for a court order.

Njal.la is different, they use the "laws" and "policies" from ICANN in favor of Customer to protect him, until the last instances. And one of that is ask for court order from Sweden.

EasyDNS do the same.

I have a question for you and anyone who is reading. Before I joined this community, I was looking for info on DMCA ignore web hosting services. I found uncensoredhosting.com and in an article, they talked about this web hosting service is called "vicetemple". I looked at their website, vicetemple.com and they seem straightforward. However, I couldn't find any reviews on them online (google) and no one seems to have discussed about this web hosting service. Should one trust the site? Has anyone heard of them before?

Netengi allow that, just go to page "legal" on their website, they say this: "Any other content not included in the previous list is considered as Allowed." they don't have any porn rule listed on their page "legal" so it's allowed.

Alexhost ignore DMCA, but probably doesn't allow porn websites. Like I said on main post, just learn AUP before order. Some of them, doesn't allow certain things that others allow.

Netengi.com i asked them straight up about hosting a cam girl site, it's not allowed. I'm posting this so others don't waste their time like I have (public service). Others can go hit the same wall again and report back.

I did try to read alexhost's TOS... just couldn't find it anywhere... again, just public service

Even google isn't being helpful with these fine details (you know, with us SEOs around and stuff...)
