I am looking at semraya. Could buy that, just want to get a website going and start learning through practical use rather than just reading up first.
Like, do it practically while learning and reading about CPA.

Sure, you can ask
KVM is meant for Virtualization, eg, when you would require to install an OS on top of another OS.
Anyway scaleway.com vps comes with KVM support.
To install Wordpress on a VPS, you would need to install LAMP(Apache/nginix,MySQL,phpMyAdmin) and maybe ftp/sftp.
