If you have 10+ IG accounts you can't use the same link in every account... so to market your website you could do 2 things (that I know of):
1. Have a main account with the website in your bio, and have all the other "spam" accounts link to the main account.
2. Use pictures with your website address layered on them (e.g. in the bottom right corner).
- Is there other ways? Can you create free TK domains that redirect, and cloak it?
Obviously the best would be to use both 1 and 2, but I am wondering if anyone has any data on how well each preform in terms of driving traffic to the website. Experiences?
There is probably ups and downs with both. I can see it may reduce engagements if the link is too big on the pictures (and if it's too small people might not notice it). And if people steal photos you get free advertisement to their followers.
Also, does IG recognize and track link on pictures in any way if the pictures are unique on each account?
