I would suggest buying a service instead in start. There're many great SEO services at SeoClerks.com & Fiverr under $50.

I wouldnt invest my time on that. I rather focus on an niche and put all my effort into it.
Its like the rule of thumb, Better quality than quantity. Once you achieve quality you will get tons of traffic. Specially if you submit it to reddit/stumbleupon/tumblr, etc.

dont buy so many tools in one shot. Better buy one and build links though it and then move to next. Like you can get started with Senuke Xcr only
