Link Building Scamming?? How to Detect?? and How to Protect!

So again,
it all started when I ordered a service here on bhw!
I am not gonna call his name, because I did not see any positive or negative impact on my site.

He has sort of spun the same content little here and there and most cases he kept some original and some spun. So basically, in the diversity package he has posted same content everywhere(poorly spun) and some sentences or paragraphs are exactly same everywhere.

Here is where he put the identical content:
1. Blogging Web2.0 (6)
2. Web 2.0 (20)
3. Article Submission (10)

Now, I have a few question in mind:
1. Is this how all the sellers here offer their top notch SEO service?
2. Is it safe?
3. If not safe, what should I tell him to recover this?
4. If you have previously witnessed such, how did you overcome?
5. If he fails to offer me what I want, Should I ask for refund or simple stay quiet and disavow the links?
6. Few Days Back, I heard something about content Scamming, where a seller can send you an article where they inject some codes or something but in appearance they look very original and copyscape can't even detect the plagiarism. But Google sure can! Is that something happened to me?

Note that, I have ordered a combo from him (diversity + PBN)
PBBN's are not indexed yet, so no idea how that's gonna be. He said, he had written articles for those PBNs. God knows better though what he did.

Now, I am going to wait for him to reply on skype.

OP please open a shitlist if you feel the seller didn't deliver as promised or advertised. This would help consumers like me and others.

What did it say in the BST?

Did it say original content or did it say unique or spun, because unique = spun, in most cases?

Most of the web 2.0 sellers will use one article and respin it many times and use it on all the web 2.0s they build for you. This is how they do it for like a dollar or two per web 2.0. There are a few sellers on here that use good content on their web 2.0's but you are going to pay way more than a buck or two for each.

Reread the BST and see if you got what was being offered. It is not the seller's fault if you did not fully investigate what you were buying. On the other hand, if you didn't get what was being offered, get a refund and leave an appropriate review.

I am sure @BassTrackerBoats boat will chime in at some point. He is usually pretty on top of marketplace complaints.

You no one to blame but yourself if you think $300 Lady Gaga link packages are gonna take your site to the top.
