Link building for pharma

Hi guys,

I have been given the task to create a link building strategy for a pharma site.
It is for Hypoactive sexual desire disorder, basically Female Sexual Dysfunction.

Obviously the anchor text has to be relevant like female libido

It's for raising awareness for now but in the future it will be for a product.

Has anyone got any ideas for where to target? Or where to build good links? Or good link exchanges?
