From what I understand, each operator has a specific number of unique IP in their pool. If mine provides 100 unique IPs, but I need to create 150 accounts, would half of them get banned because the same IP was flagged on another account? Based on what I’ve learned about mobile proxies, they can handle up to 3 simultaneous users without issues. However, I need 150 accounts, and I can’t control the IPs since my proxy changes them every minute, and I don’t have the option to choose specific IPs. I’m asking this for work purposes with FB, YouTube, and Reddit.

If your provider only limiits to 100 unique IPs, might be best to look for another one. The risk is too big to just hope none of the IPs are going to get banned or blocked because if that happens, your 150 accounts will be reduced dramatically. I know mobile proxies tend to be more expensive than other proxy types but sometimes you have to bite the bullet and get a quality provider with tons of available unique IPs

If your proxy rotates every minute and you can't control the IPs, account overlap is inevitable, which will increase ban risk. For 150 accounts, you’ll need either more IPs or better control over the rotation. Mobile proxies work for up to 3 users per IP, but without IP control, it's a gamble, especially on platforms like FB and Reddit.

Since your provider rotates IPs frequently, ensure account activity is spaced out to avoid overlap. Platforms like FB, YouTube, and Reddit typically flag suspicious behavior rather than just shared IPs. Focus on assigning a few accounts to each unique IP pool, staggering their activity, and using tools like anti-detect browsers to create distinct fingerprints for each account. This approach reduces the risk of bans while optimizing the use of your proxy setup

For Instagram bots 1 mobile proxy with rotation every 3 min will work for 10 accounts.

Static ISP proxies are usually better for managing accounts as the account has one consistent IP the whole time without the IP rotating

Did you try static proxy for this task. Besides, it's challenging to create multiple accounts on the same device. In your case, 150 accounts, you should use supporting tools such as antidetect browser. Combine proxy with antidetect browser will be your safe solution because antidetect browser will create different browser profiles and configure proxy to channge IP address for them. So website will recognize these profiles as different users.

Depends on the IPs themselves, the setup of use, and actual usage. For reference, mobile proxies from quality providers get their IPs directly from the ISPs like AT&T, T-Mobile, etc. These IPs are handled differently as a result. In the wild, that means hundreds of users on the same IP can go on sites like Facebook at the same time and not encounter an issue as a result of that access. Now while this is the case for normal user behaviour, using proxies to achieve the same effect just isn't going to happen. With that out of the way. very little or no control over IP allocation and with only 100 unique IPs, making 150 accounts is risky, especially if activity is concentrated over a short time.
