I have been on top of the whole social media automation game for years... and only recently have proxies become vitally important in the whole process, specifically Instagram.
There is a ton of discussion - but let's talk about the differences between Private, Virgin, Mobile, ECT. What is the best deal if you are trying to make 100s of accounts?
What is the safest deal if it is for a business or personal for example?
What are your guys thoughts?

I'm not consider my self an expert in these but i'm running automation intensively for the last 3 month, and i worked it full time.....
Let me tell you as far as i know and the method that worked best for me...
First of all, proxies is the main reason for automation running smooth or not, so yes it's very important. There's a lot of proxies in the market and i had tried some of them that are recommended and random search by my self. The problem is we never know how good the quality of the proxies before we try it. Some claims 'virgin' and instagram speciallity, but it never guaranteed will not ban the likes or follow, even there is still chance for account banning. There is no perfect method to accurately check the quality of the proxy, but on my experience i research it on myself with my own method, i will explain it. I bought expensive proxy and the cheap one, i figure it out that no big difference of it, so i think that buying expensive proxies for mass account is just a waste. I'm using shared datacenter proxies and it works for me.
Proxies are very sensitive to instagram accounts, especially to low reputation accounts, remember this. Good accounts still can survive in low quality proxies, but not if instagram already blacklisted that proxies. People using shared proxies for many activities, if Google banned the IP doesn't mean it doesnt work for Instagram, so let's hope that every proxies you are buying is not use by other Instagram botter.
You must have 2 different account type for testing, one is the good ones (old enough, couple of thousand followers with good engagement, never have bad reputation) and the bad ones (less follower, maybe had bad reputation, low engagement, usually banned like/follow). My advice, go for shared proxy and bought twice as much as your account, so if you are managing 100 accounts, buy 200 proxy or more. Remember that if your account is have bad reputation, the good proxies still doesn't help. Divide the proxy into each location (you can use ip locator) and give it tag, because you will make it rotate every 360-720 minutes. You never know what the other user are using the proxy for, so you must give it a try. Always use the one shared proxy for one account in the beginning, if you got like/follow block it doesnt mean it's bad proxies, sometimes it need a couple days to adjust. But if you got couple phone validation in the same day i called that bad proxy, especially if you are using the bad ones. Mark the bad ones and don't use it, if you have good one mark that also.Yes you will got some lower quality accounts got bannes, in my experience is 10-15% of my new accounts banned when i experiment this. Keep force an activities of the accounts, it mean that your account will keep posting, giving likes (don't comment), follow and unfollow. Some of it will be post deletion, caption deletion, silent ban and more.
The result of the experiment is when you had your lower quality accounts surviving on the experiments (lower request validation, able to post, like or follow), you have gold proxies there. But if you had good quality accounts but facing some request validation, not able to post, like or follow, that was a bad proxy. In my experiments i dont facing ban account on good qualtiy accounts, but do it at your own risk. Keep rotating the proxies in the same tags so the proxies is able to rest, remember that your proxies is shared with other user.
In my calculation, i'm able to safe more money because for 100 accounts i only use 200 proxies with usd 0,2 each, so it's usd 0,4 per accounts. Some 'high quality' proxies outhere was usd 3 and i already try it for a month and doesn't have different with the cheap ones. Let me know what is your opinion, because there is no such the 'perfect method', it just which one is working for you and me, and it always give us a result a different method, and i think the most effective for me is this one for now.....
