How to not follow and unfollow at the same time.

Hi everyone, thanks for taking the time to read this.

Yesterday I spoke to Jarvee support and they recommended that I don't follow and unfollow at the same time. They recommended I use the automatic follow/unfollow tool but that doesn't really work well in my opinion as my clients want to maintain a low following and if I want that to work I would need to set it up for each client and waste valuable BHW reading time

The only way I currently know how to do this is to set the run times of the follow and unfollow settings to not run during the same period of time but the downfall to this is that I get much less follow and unfollow actions on my accounts per day. Any advice?

you actually gave the answer yourself. or well the jarvee support gave you.

Use the automatic follow/unfollow option, if you got different clients its pretty common that you will need to setup different settings lol

I usually make settings presets which i can just copy to new clients but now I will need to change each accounts setting for that and then sources as well. I thought there was perhaps an easier and more effective way but thanks

yes that's what i do now to keep growing while unfollowing but ofc i made settings to start unfollowing people only after 3-5 days from following them ,so if it's Saturday and the account is starting to unfollowing at 9pm it will unfollow people whom it followed on Monday but not those who it followed on Saturday

Don't forget to add a waiting time of at least 2 days before unfollowing someone you followed

Otherwise, you would unfollow people you followed the same day = useless and would bring you shitty followback rate

Nothing wrong doing both together, infact is better IMO. Sure you don't want to do them at EXACTLY the same time, but the bot should ensure that does not happen with locks / mutex

Yea I think you are right about the footprint but also following and unfollowing at the same time doesn't seem very human like and well if the creators of Jarvee recommend I stay away from both at a time I thought I needed to look into this.

It's actually quite the opposite. I think you'd be playing with fire. Because I too once wrote Jarvee many moons ago, about something unrelated (but similar) in which I had to give some screen shots of my settings. They wrote back a very long and detailed explanation as to why, but to paraphrase, they pretty much said "Oh sweet Jesus do not follow and unfollow at the same time!"

And sure enough, even with having my own account, on my home IP, which was 7 years old, and at the time , like 150f 200u no other actions per day, is when I started getting blocks.

I do not think this is some old wives tale from Jarvee. I do not recommend f/u at the same time.

I feel dumb typing this, but should you not run follow/unfollow at the same time? I'm really new to Jarvee, and basically followed this Aaron Ward tutorial step by step, fixing follow and unfollow settings. I don't wanna fuck up by starting both at the same time, but the way he was talking, it seemed liked it (that you could have both enabled).

So do you do specific hours?
I've been doing both now and got 4 new accounts banned (lol) and a bunch of action blocks lately....
Also do you try to cluster a bunch of follows in few hours or spread it out during the whole day (or like 12-8)... because Ive gotten away with doing both at the same time by lowering my hourly follow limit buT IG really catching up on my ass now...
