LETS TALK ABOUT SHADOW BANS!

Recently, i had my instagram account shadow banned and it uplifted after a month.
I already had it thrice and all for a month and couple of days more and then it goes away! Do you have any idea how not to get shadowbans? Or if you know anything about instagram shadowbans please comment!

not likes but yes views, and engagement drops drastically, i had 150k page views and in one month it dropped to 15k! your posts wont be visible in explore and in hashtags section too.! and i dont know about others but i stopped getting promos when shadow banned hit me! literally 0 promos request.
