instagram bans

Hi, Not really sure this is the right section to post this question in. But anyway im trying to create an instagram account with isp proxies active, but for some reason the account gets immediately suspended. Anyone that has had the same problems or know any solutions?

Recently, i had my instagram account shadow banned and it uplifted after a month. I already had it thrice and all for a month and couple of days more and then it goes away! Do you have any idea how not to get shadowbans? Or if you know anything about instagram shadowbans please comment!
