Sure. Flippa is obviously a good option for the majority of sites - we often use it ourselves as part of a marketing campaign to sell a site.
When it comes to Flippa, it's largely about trust in the buyer's eyes:
I'm the highest grossing seller on Flippa and have a considerable following. Same goes for the other sources we use - I am well known there too. Adding in my buyer list - that's more exposure than the average seller would get. Flippa charge 5% success fee & listing fees so whilst I charge more than that, it's highly likely I would get considerably more than you would on Flippa alone.
So if you sell a site yourself, you might get $30k, but for the same site we might get $45k if that makes sense?
Add to that the fact we do everything for you: prepare an information pack for the site, find buyers, filter buyers, do all negotiations, prepare sales contracts, advise on payment methods and much more.
And yes, we charge a percentage of the sales price on completion. No upfront fees. This fee varies depending on the size of the site and complexity of the sale.

Once you fill out the form, one of my team will be in touch. If it's a site we choose to take on, we'll then prepare the necessary paperwork and get the site out there. There's obviously a lot of other stuff in between but generally this is hands off for you. We'll keep in regular contact via email/phone/Skype/whatever is best for you.

It's worth filling out the form if your site is making $500 a month. We have more brokers now so can handle more deals.
The income is only one of many factors we look at when taking on a deal. It's worth filling out the forum anyway and we'll get back to you shortly.

meathead.. do you offer some kind of referral program? I have two interested buyers.. one of them has a budget of $20k to invest.. would like a small piece of the (meat) pie too, if possible
If they end up buying/selling, yes we do. Get them to fill out our buyer/seller form and make a comment they were referred by you. Then drop me a PM and I'll track them for you in our internal database.

We don't really have anything that small. Costs would vary - but I'd expect somewhere around $1500-$2000 on Flippa.

hi i have a social bookmarking site....i did not monetize it yet....it is growing day by day....it has just over 5000 users and 30 articles are being posted every hour...it has an alexa rank around 75000....the alexa ranking is going down by 2000 almost every day....im not promoting it....i was wondering if your interested in such kind off sites....im actually looking to start promoting....its getting around 5000 uniques per day....and around 20000 page views per day....can u also tell me what is the value for a site like this....thx
