Sup guys, I'm doing keyword research on health and found one with 8100 searches and 120,000 results. Seems great but there might be authoritative sites like webMD and medicines.org.

Also, when checked on ahrefs for their prefix on the topic e.g. webmd/*health keyword*.com , there's only like maybe 10 backlinks.

Is such a keyword still worth ranking for or forget it because of 1-2 authoritative domains on page 1?

What's the allintitle results looking like ?

1-2 authority website is not a problem, as you can make money even being on 2-5th position (assuming you can't beat them) , you should look more into other websites in top10 and decide whether it's worth your time to compete with them.

Look if there are other new sites which are less than 2 years and if they rank in top 10, it is possible. But I usually don't bother outranking keywords with webmd and big health authority sites. Google is very picky about health sites because we don't want anyone to get hurt right? Same thing with google.
