Keyword density

Ok... When figuring keyword density on a page do you include the following:

Title
Meta Description
Meta Keywords
Alt/Title tags

Do you exclude certain words?

Does anyone know how google looks at this?

I am trying to get a good % however all the different checkers seem to give much different results.

Personally i donot include the following:
Title
Meta Description
Meta Keywords
Alt/Title tags

However download Traffic Travis for free from their website and use that to analyze your website. (You can even get the full version for free in the download section).

Meta is no longer important. Make sure you have h1, h2, bold with your keyword. If you are using WP download All in one seo and fill everything for every article. 4% keyword density is good.
