JV Million dollar business

Happy new year.

I used to think doing things alone is best for business, now that I'm older and wiser I realize teams are needed to get big things done. You can't do everything by yourself.

I'm looking to put together a 4 person team (ideally other Jr VIPs) and test a few non-J curve businesses.

I'm looking for people with the following mastered skills;

1) Sales / telephone Closer
2) Operations / management
3) Lead generation (This position is covered)
4) KPI / Face of the company

We'll split the profits 25/25/25/25.

The business idea has to do with helping the middle class earn money via investing in a very unique way. More info will be provided to the team privately.

Strategy will be to get indicators from our target audience indicating they are interested in our offering, bring those people together in a group, host webinars (with the closer and the KPI) and generate sales via our weekly LAPS by only offering a small percentage of the group a chance to buy (create limited supply), then we buy/create more assets until the business is generating millions of dollars.

Actually, I've thought about it and I can reveal that the core of our business will be to help the millions of Americans that have at least $100k to invest for their pension but nowhere near enough to retire comfortably.

We are going to show them a better way to earn a passive return on their capital with limited risk, so they can earn enough to retire on at least 6 figures annually instead of for example 10k per year (if they have 200k invested in a 401k retirement plan or mutual fund or something like that that pays 5% interest per annum.)

Hope that helps. Our north star is to help those Americans nearing retirement to retire with at least a 6 figure annual payout within the next 5-10 years.

Now obviously we can help everyone as we have a business we are running, so it will be people with at least 100k to invest, but not enough to retire comfortably.

They'll be like the CEO/General Manager running the day to day of the business, deciding on the strategy we implement and things of that nature.

Very interested, but way over my skill. I watched the videos, I understand what it's about. If I were to get into it I would need at least 6 months of intensive training. Which I don't think you want. Very interesting project and somewhat unique on BHW, so if someone has the skill-ur required I think it would be a winning project. Good luck!

P. S we are looking for a KPI... someone to be the front of the company, if that's something you could do, put in your application. It's mainly soft skilled required for that... Like can you go on a live stream and connect with the audience, are you able to present on camera or stage ... Stuff like that.
