[JV] Jobs Site, need traffic

I have a jobs site that needs traffic (very specific niche). I need traffic from paying recruiters and applicants. Simple as that. We can do a split or ongoing lead generation. Looking for a partner to bounce ideas off of.

After this is up and running, I have a few more ideas for niches in the same industry (again, an even tighter niche). The one I'm thinking here is wide open with little competition now. It may not be like that in a year or two.
