[JV] 50/50 Curated Content

Hey,

Intro
I'm justmeseo, I have just finished a [JV] with a great friend I met here, we have split venues since he made enough and I got what I needed (circa £15,000), we have sold our last project and I have spent my money on trips and stupid technology. I am a qualified developer with great experience in SEO techniques, I have done around 3 JV here in BHW and still looking to hit the jackpot, therefore here I come with a good new idea.

Looking to start over again, I'm only taking two more individuals (1/3), dividends will be split equally.

Just so you all know how I work, there is not such thing as starting big, I rather move from 0% to 100% than from 40% to 0%. this JV requires all parties equal work and a daily input of 1hour per day. (easy).

Project Lenght:

• 12 Months (full-time with the right team, pulling approx £700+ each on the 3rd/4th months)
• From experience I know that the only way to start making money is through curated content, so the greater we do the greater the money.
• I have few individuals seeking to post on popular sites. (£££ good money) (cant go into much details)

My plan (cant go in much detail, so pardon how vague I will be):
-Curated blog (starting with on trend/topic) with the aim of having at least 5 main high level traffic (trend/topic/keywords.)
-Profit through ads selling, dedicated post selling, traffic selling, and user analytics selling. (GDPR obiouslly...)

What you will need to have:

Must

• Good at reaching out, and influencing individuals.
• research savvy
• social media skills
• wordpress (meh)

Desired

• Possess a green traffic network
• popular snapchat/instagram/twitter account
• Scrapebox

Things I do not want:

• Fake ads clicking
• Fake traffic
• Auto-generated content (lets be honest, each post can be as a minimum of 300 words, how hard is that?)
• Lazy individuals.

What do I have so far:

• Siteground super-duper-fast hosting service (as much traffic as we need)
• Bimber theme
• Yoast (lol).
• Social Media autoposter.

Thanks for the prompt reply and kind apologies for my delay in replying.

Overview:
- During this past 3 nights I have been working hard into getting everything sorted before launch (CDN, HTTPS, DNS, Themes, Plugins, security, membership, integrated forum, reward system, etc), get all the areas of advertisement within the site ready for when we hit the first 1000 users within a week (enough to get accepted in few ads private networks), scanning possible influencers, and other blogs and sites owners from similar backgrounds to your personal site (btw very simple and nice site).

What will you be expected to do:
-Keyword and blog content: This is actually the most important part, since this is something that I and the other two or possibly one member will be doing for the next 3 or 5 weeks, is just finding key niche keywords that can be potentially used within posts, all content will be automatically posted into social media accounts through a specific plugin, so less work in that, content writing should be a max of 300 words per article, targeting the dedicated keyword (short/long tail keyword)
-Reaching out through social media: This is something I and the rest of the team will be doing together, scrapping emails, groups, reaching out, inviting people to join the movement, get them to write content, etc.
-Emailing and nurturing clients: this is something that everyone will be doing at the same time, we will all hold a common spreadsheet, we will all work as a team in a coordinated and wise manner, we will reach out to potential product sellers giving discounts (for our users to cashout their rewards for discounts on different sites, again I cant say much about the reward system since is something a bit complex), we will be pricing posting on the blog since it will be a very catchy kind of post similar to the (7 best android tablets of 2020)... etc.
-Backlinking: We will all be doing the same thing: backlinking the site, posts, pages, products into other high authority blogs/websites/forums, etc.

The reason why we will all be doing the same thing, is because we all looking to profit from the main funnel. (ads, paid posting, paid influencers, dropshipping sales, b2b advertisement, social paid posting shouts, user analytics, etc) once we hit a certain standard after 3 - 6 months, I know some people who buy small/medium projects roughly at: £35k since I have sold 3 projects on the past and you can look at my past posts in this forums. although the main goal is not to sale it but to continue profiting from a constant and autopilot revenue. but that is something that will have to be decided between the team.
