Journey To Starting A BTC Mixer

I would like to start off by welcoming you to my new thread.

Here we will be discussing my journey in the BTC Mixing scene.

I have the following done and setup accordingly:

1. Domain Name

2. VPS Hosting

3. Mixer Setup

4. Telegram Bot Setup

I am looking into the following:

1. Marketing
2. Marketing
3. More Marketing
4. Should I set Up a .onion for the mixer service?
5. Can I somehow promote it on reddit?

Any suggestions would be of great assistance.

The post may look bland for the time being and I apologize in advance but I'm not so articulate

setting up your BTC mixer service on a .onion site can make your users feel more secure and private. But keep in mind that not everyone knows about the Tor network so you might miss out on some potential customers.

Yeah for sure, I plan on starting normally and should I have requests to do so I will also implement it.

The site is setup and running, I just draw a blank as o where to advertise it or drive traffic to it atm

A BTC Mixer/tumbler is a service that is provided.

A user can use a bitcoin mixer/tumbler to improve the anonymity of their Bitcoins by sending their bitcoins into the Mixer and receiving their btc back in small portions from wallets of other people who have also done the same thing, thus making it near impossible to trace the origin of the BTC in you finished wallet.

Idk if I described it as well as I could have but that's the basic principal.

If you want the .onion address to be memorable, make sure your service name is 8 letters or fewer, or it'll take forever to generate a vanity address.

Yes I heavily agree with you on that!

the site is called Bake That Cake (I will not link it as i do not know if this is against the forum rules and don't wanna risk it )

I chose that name as the first letter of each spells BTC I tried to keep it kinda subtle...

While I agree with you on this, its main use is not intended for such reasons.

Furthermore I am not directly coding and making the mixer itself, I am merely partnered (whitelabeled)

There are plenty of legitimate reasons for this to be used and I feel the main portion of "sketchy users" are all on the deep/TOR network for the most part.

My main focus for the time being is to brainstorm possible target markets for such a thing.

I was thinking of marketing it to IPTV providers who use BTC as payments as well as possibly SMM providers also.

Basically high volume businesses that use BTC to process their transactions such as grey area niches etc but not limited to such as mentioned earlier there are plenty of legitimate use cases for such mixers/tumblers

The owner is being accused of helping cyber criminals launder over 7 billion through their mixer, that's why my main goal.is not to have it hosted on the deep web and more on the normal surface web as I feel the odds of sketchy transactions are far less... But that's just my two cents

Little update :

I have been finding interesting ways to market it for free for the time being just to see if I can get the ball rolling,

Im struggling atm not gonna lie.... slowly but surely I am getting eyes to my site.

Any suggestions on possible free traffic methods for such a site?

You will initially struggle because people don't trust just anyone with their crypto after the FTX fiasco. Use YT and other social media platforms to promote it. Find some KWs that you can dominate in this niche. Create some informational articles that can be picked up by bigger sites.

I heavily agree with this, in your opinion do you think its a bad idea to generate the site content with chatgpt?

I'm only interested in using it for the simple fact that this is a side project of mine and I'm currently looking for the best ROI without too much time invested

Of course, not. I am all for using AI for content generation. Just make sure you edit the article to be factually correct and add the required information if needed. What I have seen is ChatGPT uses words redundantly. Mild editing will do the job.
