I got over my depression and changed my thinking.
And did some serious research and niche investigation.
Found some good app ideas.

Already working on my first app, trying to release it this week or beginning of next week.
I have offline job that takes 8 hours of my day and it takes some sleephours to work on app.

UPDATE
I got busy with creating an API for my upcoming app, which is in the world of AI hype, I think we will do great because I noticed a gab in some area, and looking to launch as soon as possible.

In the last 3 days, I designed the database structure, wrote the backend API(not perfect yet), and I am currently writing a documentation for the API so that app dev will understand better, this time I will need to hire devs who can think and understand quickly because this app is a bit complex and we want to perfect the app because it serves wide range of users, unlike my previous apps.
so I will write the documentation and complete it today hopefully.
Tomorrow will look for a UI/UX guy, if I found a good one that's creative that can help me clarify my ideas then I will go with them, if not then I might need to put some screenshots together and call it a day.
Then I will look for devs, it's very stressful to deal with devs as they act like robots and are so nervous, I will have to calm them down and explain the idea to many devs until I find good ones, one for Android and another for IOS.
This time I will have to pay a higher price, since I am looking for creative devs.

I might take most of the day tomorrow to relax and chill because the next day will start the hell of finding a dev.

REVENUE:
Currently averaging $110/day in profit which is absolutely great, I thought it was an impossible goal to reach but it's been 14 days since the start of this month and we're over $100+ daily, the highest day I made $194 profit a day, but there are some $70/day, so that impacts the average daily profit.

I'm expecting to make at least $500/day with the upcoming app, which I estimate will take 1 month to get it ready but it could take longer due developers' laziness.

An important note to android devs, if you want to buy a developer account for an organization then it's better to get it now, because afeter August 31 you will need D-U-N-S number(which I personally have, because I needed this to create Apple developer account).
I don't know if this will be a requirement for all regions or just U.S.

Even if you make one now they'll require you to add the number later.
Doubt they'll be able to enforce it on all regions right now.

At the moment I don't do heavy keyword research when I am finding an app idea, instead my criteria will be manually checking if a certain niche has traction, and it's based on when an app is launched and how many downloads it got, plus researching their estimated revenue through Sensortower, as well as top-grossing tab.
Then after I build the app, I will do keyword research to rank higher, I use Sensortower for that as well.

Oh I see, this D-U-N-S number will complicate things and may lead to google play restricting one account per organization just like Apple

I have some questions now:

1) Do you have both "organization accounts" on Apple and Google?

2) Why prefer them over individual accounts?

3) I know that because you are a small business you reduced Apple fee 15%, but do you have 15% fee on Android too?

Currently have 5 apps live.
I shared some screenshots previously about the cost of the apps, I think the average was like $230 per app, but keep in mind some apps share similar source code, so normally it would be around $500 per app or something.
I'm hiring people from Asia, otherwise the cost would be way higher and honestly I don't have the budget to hire a developer at $90/hr rate

privacy(don't want my personal names published along with those apps), and flexibility to add developers(in case of apple)

Yes, applied to play store too and it's now %15 on both platforms.
