Thank you.Following your journey, i hope you can make a constant $100 / day asap !
just an idea, can you incorporate some IA to your app to make it more "attractive " ?
The best advice ever!Thank you, you're not late, you can start now or the next year, doesn't matter because the app business is going nowhere.
this might be a good first project to start. you might not get a lot of money from it but will learn a lot on how to rank it in a low comp keyword. then take that knowledge on your second app and try to go for a more competitive keywordNice journey.
Yesterday I found good idea to make app about.
Checked play store and keyword research.
Turns out nobody needs that actually. Only 100-1000k searches a month.
The apps in Play store had barely 1k downloads.
Not many of them in store but still..
Which was surprising and disappointing.
Good app idea down to the drain..
It was about money niche.
For me it would be actually very useful. Dunno why people dont search or need such thing.
But im not gonna make it just for myself.
I think the best-performing apps are mature, I offer high-quality customer support because I know everything about my apps, unlike some companies that hire other people who have no clue about the app.why not and try focus on the app or apps that are making you money and keep adding new features updated ect.
I see that makes sense. well congrats on your success hope you stick with it and reach your goal you seem to know what you are doing. I always find if you know your niche it is 100% easier to make money.I think the best-performing apps are mature, I offer high-quality customer support because I know everything about my apps, unlike some companies that hire other people who have no clue about the app.
Also adding new features will scare people.
I might haven't said this before, but the only feature I add to apps when I copy other people's ideas is simplicity which means it has less features than the competitor but people love it because they don't feel challenged by it, this is my main selling point and it works every single time.
in the world of mobile apps, most of your customers are not that technical,
so more features = less success.
Then the question would be "how much time does it take to develop the app? or how much does it cost if you're hiring someone else?"Nice journey.

Thank you mate, yes knowing your niche is keyI see that makes sense. well congrats on your success hope you stick with it and reach your goal you seem to know what you are doing. I always find if you know your niche it is 100% easier to make money.
Search traffic is a bonus. There are apps and games with milions of downloads and no keywords and one sentence description. You can always promote anything on social media.Dunno why people dont search or need such thing
Very true, on a bad day you feel very discouraged, let alone if all your apps didn't pick up.Good luck, just don't get demotivated when you see the earnings are low.
Happen with me. In 2020 I was start but within six months when I see the earnings are low and making an app is a hard and time consuming task, I left it.
How did you implement in-app reviews?Update:
Today made $94 in profit (pretty good, above-average day) - the day hasn't ended yet which is pretty good.
my best-performing app went from a 3/5 rating to 4+/5 after implementing in-app review functionality.
We implemented this later, but this is a must because your happy clients usually don't rush to App Store to leave a review, so we made it easier for them.
The in-app review only shows up for paying clients, who are happy (they consumed their product successfully).
if we didn't do this, freebies angry users are going to kill the apps, some users are angry that we didn't spend months to give them free service that we ourselves don't get for free.
Lesson learned: in-app review is a must for my next apps.
Which kind of fraudulent attemps could someone do with in-app purchases? Also, I want to talk about something else very important, more important than your UI design, which is making user feel safe
I have built a really good reservation system when it comes to in-app purchases, when users purchase an item from us, they can consume their item now or if they closed the app and came back after 1 month, the item is there for them, and they can use the item without paying again, that makes my customers so comfortable, some people are lazy and they buy 5-10 qty of in-app purchase at once and then they use them one by one for weeks period of time.
I can put myself in their place and feel how comfortable they're feeling(don't want to toot my own horn, but this has been really great so far).
So, user safety should be number 1 on your list of UX.
and it has been 100% secure so far and nobody infiltrated the system(meaning no fraudulent attempts went through which are many attempts)
This is a good question. You said you "copied" other app basically.
But what makes users to use your app and not the "original" ?
we fulfill the order from the server side after checking if the purchase is legit, some people try to mass send requests as if they purchased an item but in reality they're hackers trying to get free service.Which kind of fraudulent attemps could someone do with in-app purchases?
Stolen/fake credit card?
How would you prevent/react?
Can't you use safe transaction methods?
Apple stole you a fee on in-app purchases, don't they?
yeah apple take 30%, but we applied for small-business program and got it down to 15%Apple stole you a fee on in-app purchases, don't they?
