Hello BHW, it's time for me to start a new E-Commerce Store and I want to make this more into a challenge and see what happens.
I will be using Shopify since it is where I am the most comfortable at building and running a store.
I found an un-touched niche where I see great potential, so I will keep that part secret, but most likely share it when I have established myself as an authority for that said niche.
Moving forward with the store, I will not be using any kind of paid advertisement since I feel that is the part where most people fail. ( want to use this as a case study for people just starting out )
What I can tell you is that I will be using various methods to direct traffic to the store.
The main two I will be focusing on are the following:
Phase 1:

Phase 3:
In this phase, I will start promoting my store using the Fb Groups I have joined and the IG Page as well. I will be using my personal FB for this part and will be using various tactics so people can go to the store without thinking I'm selling them something.
One of the tactics I will be using is offering a free product using a code only available for that group. This will make them think they have this special opportunity because they are part of the group and since it is free, they don't have anything to lose.
The good thing about going about it this way is that they will still have to input their information to receive the free product and that will be key for future promotion. As well as many of them looking through the store and seeing other products that are not free.
Will be updating the thread regularly and letting you know when the store is LIVE

- Design Logo
- Create Facebook Page & Instagram Page
- Design Website and Graphics Needed
- Create Custom Email
- Buy Domain
- Connect Payment Provider
Phase 2:
- Join Multiple Fb Groups in my Niche
- Build out the IG Page and buy in total 100k+ followers for it
- Create an Affiliate Network promoting my store
- Build out the FB Page by buying 5k Page Likes and 50 FB 5 Star Reviews
- Configure Chat Bot for FB and Shopify Store
