Hello guys,
I recently joined BHW, but I am not new. I have been learning from this forum for a long time.
Now I've decided to start my own journey to keep myself accountable and reach to a new height in my career.
I am working as an ecommerce developer since 2018 as a freelancer. I never did job.

Now I want to start my own ecommerce development agency from scratch. I don't have any money to hire people in-house neither I can purchase expensive software. I am starting clean with little money and all the skills I have.

In ecommerce also, currently I am working on only one niche. Yes, I mean focusing on one industry only.
I know my target audience and figured out, how to reach to them and introduce my services to them. I am targeting only individuals and small business owners in that industry.

Right now I am starting as one person company but in future I will increase my team with the profits I gained from the agency. Now some of you may ask that if I am working alone than what's the difference between now and earlier, when I was working as freelancer?
The difference is, earlier I was focused on development and had no plans on how to get clients or keep my cash flow going. I was getting clients with freelance platforms and facebook and word of mouth. Now I have a dedicated to plan to go from A to B and further.

Current Progress:
Website up and running
Lead generation plan ready

Services provided by me:
Ecommerce development
Product upload
Banner Design
Email marketing campaign

Todo:
Creating scripts for cold emails and calls.
setup CRM

I have to do a lot of work in backend so, I am not able to update is as frequent but once launched, I will update daily.

Current Goal:
Get my first client

Please feel free to drop your 2 cents here. See you soon guys.

Client acquisition is kind of hard in this market and competition is fierce.
Nevertheless I wish you luck in you journey.

I'm trying to do the same thing and yet still struggling with getting clients which appears most of them are not willing to work with starting up agencies, anyways hope you the best in your journey and good luck
