Won't specify with proxy provider i use. But it's here on BHW MarketPlace. I'm having good results with them, and sharing would make the ip space/subnet more flooded with IG accounts. Try, fail, try other, fail, etc.
SMS costs, are sms activation websites. for PVA of accounts.
DEADZ settings. I change sometimes the "Name" of accounts. But mostly don't change the username. My accounts have "Russian" sounding username's, and sometimes change them. But get Email verification loop's, and takes a while to sort that.

So here is an update on earnings:
MTD:
So earnings are "somewhat" steady per day. But i think i will reach 800$ not $1k. Like previous month. CPI lower payout. I think it's because of that. But conv is good.
Lost some accounts in the free follow niche. But didn't seem to affect much earnings. Haven't yet, removed the Clash royale accounts. I just keep them running, despite not being profitable... Should scrap them.
For all users, PM'ing or wanting to know what proxies and account provider i use. First, proxies, will not mention anymore with proxy provider i use (you can go back in the journey, to see). And account provider, will not share. Anyway, IG journey is all about testing, trying settings, and re-trying. Also knowing how to link to website. I use custom cloaker. But advertsafe, is a good bet for most.
So either way, getting "steady" results for couple months(Since October last Year), averaging about $600-$800 gross earnings (Not accounting expenses).
Not much scaling has been done. That's the thing im missing.

When you say reposting, do you mean that you repost other users posts relevant to your niche in order for your audience to see and increase your OGAds traffic?
I fail to see why reposting would bump the traffic, thanks anyway!

Doing repost's, in my view increases traffic. Because when i follow users, they might check my profile and like my pics. This makes me have more probability of showing on they're feed. or explore page. Also want to try reposting just to stories (Not done yet)

Im tested this month(May) on cpagrip, and despite having lost some accounts, and having less clicks and leads(overall), my conclusion atm, is that i earn around the same with either cpagrip(cpa offers) or ogads(cpi mostly).
I ran on cpagrip January earned 806$ and on april ran on ogads, and earned 880$. and also i like OGAds, shows me more statistics(related to subid's and such).
So i haven't updated this journey for quite a while now. Im still running. Lost some accounts, which i didn't replace. With new accounts i had problem of not getting any interaction. Example: I would follow users(tested following myself), and it didn't show notification. So accounts where being "shadowed". or similar. and after a while accounts got disabled.
Been quite lazy lately. Got myself a new PC setup. 28 inch 4k monitor, i7 7700k, gtx 1080, 16gb ram, and been playing games much more. And also my IRL job, taking time as well.
But let's update the April Earnings:

Pretty Good Month.
Costs & Profit of April:
Proxies expenses where bit higher, as i was testing some other proxy providers. But will remain with the one i started journey for now.
So on May i switched to CPAGrip, and i have 51 accounts running. (Some totally blocked, others when scraping can't get more results, sources problem).
And results are pretty "disappointing". Not "blaming" CPAGrip, but will make change to OGAds, and stay with them for the future. Greater customizability, statistics, etc.

Looking at the stats, i think this month, i might just break-even and maybe profit 100$ or so.
Gotta ask for proxy replacements, and start purchasing accounts again.
