update continuation:

We have reinvested all of our earnings in buying domains on auction and outsourcing tons of content.

We did a lot of keyword research and converted some of the PBNs(that are getting some traffic) into Money Sites!!! We added 1 pillar article and tons of supporting content to our PBNs. Our content are not just purely commercial articles, we have also posted helpful posts and videos that engages our audience and we have seen an improvement with our traffic.

Here are the metrics of our PBNs turned MONEY SITES

so far, we are happy with the results, one of the PBNs we converted has already earned on amazon although its just 3$!

We have also been trying Pure White Hat Link building.

These past 2 months we have been doing a lot of testing on our outreach process. We got 66 links purely from outreach for our client! We are STOKED! We have found a successful formula and are looking to scale. We have already expanded our office and hired two new employees since we are getting more clients.

It has been a busy couple of months for us. Anyway, things are looking up.. let's hope it holds.

Looks like you're killing it.
And I love the development of PBN's in to micro money sites, makes them appear far more natural.

I'm building out a project at the moment, though wondered roughly what ratio of money content you have to filler, help / guide pages?

Thanks in advance.

Each pillar post ( main keyword - 4k-5k words ) has around 1-2 supporting content (1k -2k words) - I use ahrefs content explorer to get article ideas on the supporting content. I also find supporting content helps a lot in ranking and videos too. :)

thanks for the inspiring post OP!
i am doing amazon aff as well~
can u share what software and tools u are using to find keywords? and where do you outsource your article? for how much?

The tool that I use for finding keywords is just the Ahrefs tool, I reverse engineer competitor websites and look for easy keywords that I know I can rank for. Many of my keywords are ranking without backlinks because of excellent keyword research. For my content I outsource to Upwork or Fiverr and look for Niche specific writers. If I cant find one I always go to this dude https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/bhws-content-lounge-heres-everyones-go-to-content-writer.882542/ :p

Congrats @WARHOL , I would like to know, how you are hosting your PBN sites ?

thanks a lot. your post is truly inspiring.

may i know have you reach your ROI and start earning? because the cost for outsourcing is quite high

and you mention you have over 60 niche sites, do you manage them yourself by uploading content to these websites? or hire VA for that? but then it will costs even more higher cost.

I'm hosting it on shared hosting alongside legit sites. for ex. hostgator hatchling plan, there are multiple services that manage it for you directly so you'll only have a single panel instead of multiple ones. Just make sure to check all your sites IPs and transfer the ones that are similar on C level so you'll have diverse A and B class ips. :)

Yep for the site cost( article cost ) I've probably breaked even 3 months ago, but not counting the time you spent on the site and the PBNs you developed.

I rented an office feb. this year hoping to scale client, affiliate stuff and seo test. I started with 2 people and right now we are already @ 12 (including me)

4 people on 100% pure outreach tests - I'm trying to build an efficient process on broken link building, moving man and skyskraper. I have a bunch of success on these on the last site I did managed to get around 66 links( yes 66 referring domains) and have seen the best rank boost from 0 rankings on may to multiple 2ndpage and 1st page rankings this month( kinda hard keywords )

will add more details - case studies on this on my future post.

5 people on some clients work

3 people on general side of things like auctions, designs, management, research and etc.

Next step would be to create an outsourcing company that focuses on pure white hat link building :)

You got great progress of approach. Will be following your journey. All the best

Thank you :)

nice Thread! Where do you buy your expired domais?
cheers!

I scan drop/auction domains daily - I have a unique way of filtering domains thats quite different from most people - I've been doing this since late 2013 :)
